How to delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app by signing in to QuoteJolt, opening Settings, and choosing Delete my account.

If you cannot access your account, email support@quotejolt.com from the email address connected to your QuoteJoltaccount with the subject line "Account deletion request".

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the account data associated with it, including:

• Account profile information, including email-based account records.
• Company profile details such as company name, address, phone, email, and website.
• Uploaded company logos and related company files.
• Quotes, quote line items, public quote links, catalog services, and quote templates.
• Subscription records stored inside QuoteJolt for access management.

Data retained

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or payment-provider obligations. For example, Paddle or Google Play may retain billing records according to their own policies. We do not store full credit card details.

Deletion timing

In-app account deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days after we verify account ownership.

Partial data deletion

You can also delete individual quotes, catalog services, templates, and company profile details from inside the app without deleting your full account.
