• Quote data — customer names, emails, addresses, quote titles, line items, and financial totals you create within the app.
• Usage data — basic access logs including IP addresses and browser information when public quote links are viewed.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the FalorQuote service.
• To generate quote PDFs and public quote pages on your behalf.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, password reset).
• To track quote views and customer acceptances so you can monitor engagement.
• To improve the reliability and performance of our service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use row-level security policies to ensure that your data is only accessible to you. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.

4. Public Quote Links

When you share a public quote link, the quote content — including customer name, line items, and totals — becomes accessible to anyone with that link. You control what information is included in a quote. Do not include sensitive personal data you do not want to be publicly accessible via that link.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FalorQuote:

• Supabase— database, authentication, and file storage. Data is processed in accordance with Supabase's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosting and edge network. Vercel may collect standard access logs.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@falorquote.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@falorquote.com.

8. Children's Privacy

FalorQuote is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
