Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with FalorQuote. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refund requests.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your FalorQuote Pro subscription at any time through the Billing page in your account. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service, provided you have not significantly used the Service (e.g., created and shared more than 5 quotes).
Renewals (monthly charges after the initial payment) are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@falorquote.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 3 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date above.
